AUTHOR'S GUIDE

We can accept native files only in Corel Draw 9 or Gimp. Your design can be created in any other application and submitted as a pdf file, but you would need to be sure that every element is "in stone" as we won't be able to make any corrections.
Cover must be designed as one piece including the front, spine and back.
Exact spine width dimension is dependent upon the number of pages. The thickness of paper used by My Book is about 0,105 mm.
The title on the book spine should be read correctly left to right, when the book lies front cover up on a horizontal surface.
The trim margins must be at least 5 mm for the soft cover and 20 mm for the hard cover
Do not place any text or graphic elements within 5 mm from any edge. Placing text away from the edges will ensure that it is not cut off.
Any color or photo that bleeds off the cover must be 2 mm over the final trim size.
All images used in your design must be 300 dpi or higher.
On the back cover the publisher's logo and isbn code bar must be placed. We email them to you.
