Shopping Conditions

  1. The prices at My Book bookstore are binding once an order has been placed.
  2. Information concerning availability may be viewed after adding an item to the shopping cart. Most books can be shipped within 4-7 business days. If the item is available in the warehouse and must be printed on demand, the order processing time is 2 to 3 weeks.
  3. All prices may be viewed in PLN, USD, GBP and EUR (just choose the currency from the list under the main menu).
  4. Shipping cost

    in the area of Poland:
    -bank transfer 
    -via PayPal 

    Packages heavier than 1 kg are sent only after payment in advance.

    Other countries:
    -via PayPal
    You can check the exact shipping price after adding all items ordered to the shopping cart and clicking on the link "Check shipping cost".

    All packages are sent via Priority Air Mail service. The average shipping time is 3-4 days in the area of Poland and 5-12 days to other countries (total delivery time = order processing time + shipping). Please inspect your shipping address currently. We do not re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our web site.
  5. Return policy
    Within 10 days of delivery, you may return any item purchased from our bookshop. The return policy applies only when the item has not been used, copied or damaged. The returned items must be returned together with the receipt. The money will be transferred into your PaYPal or MoneyBookers account within 7 days. The bookshop will not cover the costs of return shipping.
  6. Contract of sale is made according to Polish Law.
  7. Concluding a purchase is tantamount to accepting the Shopping Conditions.

How to buy?

  1. When you want to order an item just click the cart icon.
  2. Fill out the registration form - we need your e-mail and personal data (shipping address).
  3. Log in.
  4. Choose payment method.
  5. Send your order.
  6. Click on the link sent to your e-mail to confirm order.
    ORDERS NOT CONFIRMED ARE NOT PROCESSED.
  7. The day your order is shipped, we'll email you to let you know your items are on their way.

Remarks

  • Orders are processed after receiving full payment in our bank account.
  • If you have not received an e-mail confirmation from the online store within 24 hours of placing your order, please e-mail us
  • To check the status of your order, login and click on the link "Ordering info" under the main menu.
